DLI VisionIt was about 36,000 feet in the air returning from an overseas trip that the thought of a leadership institute was born. Hearing the heartfelt request of leaders for tools to expand their effectiveness became the incubator that ultimately brought forth Doggett Leadership Institute (DLI). This institute is a vital extension of Gerald Doggett Ministries, Inc. with footprints already in South America, Central America, Africa, and the United States.
With change as a constant and always remembering that “No One Succeeds Alone,” this institute is designed to provide instruction and training for those yearning to achieve greater effectiveness and depth in their spiritual growth through self-study and networking. In ministry for over fifty years, Dr. Gerald Doggett, affectionately known as “Papa D,” is a pastor of pastors and a father in the faith to many around the world with an apostolic mantle to challenge and equip us to live life with intention, choice, curiosity, and courage. This institute is built upon his discerning counsel, diverse experience, liberating transparency, and refreshing character wrapped in kindness and grace.
